Our experience with Bruce Hill was outstanding. He was our Buyer's agent or a vacation cabin and quickly identified properties we would like. As it happened, the first cabin he showed us we fell in love with. It was perfect, well maintained, and with a view of Grandfathers Mtn from the deck. There were going to be 6 showings the following day, so we were concerned about getting into a bidding war. Bruce helped us devise an offer that the Seller's that they accepted that night, cancelling all the next day showings. Then, we encountered delays in closing because there was a Title issue with the Sellers. Bruce helped maintain calm heads on both sides and communicatred with the Seller's attorney to make sure the issue was resolved quickly.
